Made to order
Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Each piece is blown for your order in our Cairo atelier, then checked, gilded, fired and packed.
Allow 7 business days at the furnace before dispatch.
In transit
DHL Express worldwide — two to four business days once the parcel leaves us, fully tracked. Tracking is emailed the moment it goes.
Most orders arrive within 9 to 11 business days of ordering.
Duties and taxes
For the United States, United Kingdom and European Union, duties are included at checkout — DDP. The price you see is the price you pay, and nothing is charged on arrival.
Elsewhere, local customs may apply their own charges on delivery. These are set by your country, not by us.

Our prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your bank will convert at its own rate on the day.
The breakage guarantee
Every parcel is insured. If a piece arrives damaged, we send another — free.
Photograph the box and the piece and email hello@mishkahcairo.com within 48 hours of delivery.
No return shipping. No forms. No debate. We would rather blow another piece than argue with you about the first one.
Why we can promise that
Because packing is part of the craft, not an afterthought. And because the glass itself is borosilicate — stronger than the soda-lime glass most décor is made from. Most parcels arrive intact. The guarantee exists for the ones that do not.
Christmas orders
Order by 9 December for delivery before Christmas. Express networks slow in December; we build that into the date rather than promise something we cannot keep.
Returns
Retail orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. See Returns.
Wholesale orders are made to specification and cannot be returned for change of mind — manufacturing defects are always replaced.
